Message	Definitely run it now to plan ahead. It will save you the hassle later on. A 0 guage will fit through the sill by the way. I ran my 0 guage, and after about 30 minutes of trying to push it through the hole in the fender well back through the sill, I found it was much much simpler to run the wire through the sill and pull it out the hole in the fender well, but it fit with no problems.
